Add a name only if you are the person, a close family member, or have been asked to. Use the “authorized posters” feature so the right people can share updates.
Share truthful, current information. Update the community when there's meaningful news, and take a name off the list when it's no longer needed.
Don't share sensitive medical details unless the family has agreed. Mark the reason as private when appropriate, and keep admin-only updates confidential.
