PrayFor.Health ("we", "us", or "our") operates a shared prayer list platform for communities. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will never share, sell, or distribute your personal information or prayer entries to any third party without your explicit authorization.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

• Account information: Name and email address when you register.
• Community data: Prayer entries you submit, including names, optional photos, and notes.
• Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To display prayer lists within your community.
• To send you updates and reminders about entries you've submitted or follow.
• To provide community administrators with tools to manage their lists.
• To improve and maintain the platform.

4. No Sharing Without Authorization

Nothing will be shared with any third party without your explicit authorization. Your prayer entries are visible only within your community. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Community administrators can only see data within their own community.

5. Data Retention

Prayer entries remain active based on the duration selected when submitted. Archived entries may be retained for record-keeping but are no longer publicly visible within the community. You may request removal of your data at any time.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and community administrators within their own community scope.

7. Your Rights

• Access, review, or correct your personal information.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of communications at any time.
• Withdraw authorization for sharing at any time.

8. SMS Text Messaging

If you choose to enable SMS notifications, we will use your mobile phone number to send you prayer list reminders, expiry notifications, and urgent prayer alerts. SMS opt-in requires a double confirmation process:you first enter your number in your profile, then confirm by replying with a verification code sent to your phone.

By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of messages:

• Health status update reminders with a link to update entries.
• Expiry/extension reminders 48 hours before a prayer entry expires.
• Urgent prayer request alerts with a link for more information.

Message frequency: Varies based on community activity — average 2–5 messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or from your profile settings. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages. You may re-enable SMS at any time.

Opt-in keywords: START, YES, ACCEPT to opt in. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out.

Your phone number will never be shared with third parties. It is used solely for delivering SMS notifications you have consented to.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
