1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrayFor.Health (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrayFor.Health provides a shared prayer list platform that allows community members to submit names for prayer (refuah shleima or yizkor), follow entries for updates, and manage prayer lists collectively. The Service is available to all faiths and traditions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain accounts for multiple communities without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent prayer entries.
• Share another member's personal information without their consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security.
• Impersonate another person or community administrator.
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Nothing you submit will be shared with third parties without your explicit authorization.

6. SMS Text Messaging Service

PrayFor.Health offers optional SMS text message notifications for prayer list reminders and urgent prayer alerts. By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to the following terms:

• Opt-in process: You must provide your mobile number and confirm via a verification code sent to your phone (double opt-in). You may also opt in by texting START, YES, or ACCEPT to the platform's SMS number.
• Message content: Messages contain embedded links to the platform, do not contain phone numbers, are not related to direct lending, and contain no age-gated content.
• Message frequency: Varies based on community activity. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
• Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, or by disabling SMS in your profile settings. Upon opt-out, you will receive no further SMS messages.
• Support: Reply HELP to any message for support information.
• Carrier compliance: The SMS service complies with A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person) carrier requirements. The campaign use case is SOLE_PROPRIETOR, sending information to community members to update information about people they are praying for.
• Phone number privacy: Your phone number is used solely for delivering SMS notifications and is never shared with third parties.

You acknowledge that SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier limitations, network availability, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

7. Community Administration

Each community has administrators who manage their community's prayer list. Administrators have the authority to add, edit, archive, or remove entries within their community. Decisions of community administrators regarding list management are final within their community.

8. Fees

Community creation may involve application and implementation fees. An annual subscription fee may apply for ongoing platform management. All fees are clearly disclosed before payment. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by PrayFor.Health. You retain ownership of the prayer entries you submit, but grant the Service a license to display them within your community for the purpose of operating the prayer list.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PrayFor.Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Community administrators may remove members from their community per their own policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
